This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through DebloMassi Inc. ("DebloMassi," "we," "us," or "our"), acting as Merchant of Record.

By completing a purchase through our checkout, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Merchant of Record Responsibility

DebloMassi is the Merchant of Record for all transactions processed through our platform. This means DebloMassi:

  • Collects payment from Buyers
  • Issues receipts and invoices
  • Processes refunds and chargebacks
  • Handles payment disputes in accordance with applicable law and payment network rules

2. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to:

  • Applicable consumer protection laws
  • Payment network requirements
  • The nature of the Product purchased

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Digital Products and Immediate Access

For digital products that are delivered immediately (including software, downloads, or instant-access content):

  • By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate performance
  • Once access or download has begun, refunds may be denied, except where required by applicable law

This aligns with consumer law exemptions for digital content in many jurisdictions.

4. When Refunds May Be Granted

A refund may be approved in situations such as:

  • The Product was not delivered due to a technical error
  • The Product is materially defective or unusable
  • A duplicate or incorrect charge occurred
  • Delivery was unreasonably delayed due to a platform issue

Where appropriate, DebloMassi may offer a replacement or restored access, or a refund, at DebloMassi' discretion.

5. When Refunds May Be Refused

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The Product was accessed, downloaded, or substantially used
  • The refund request is based on buyer remorse
  • There is evidence of refund abuse or fraud
  • The request is made outside any stated refund window
  • The Product was purchased through a subscription after the billing date

6. Subscriptions

For subscription-based Products:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged
  • Unused subscription periods are non-refundable, unless required by law or stated at checkout

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method used
  • May take 5–10 business days (or longer, depending on the payment provider) to appear on your statement

Processing times are controlled by banks and payment networks.

8. Tax Refunds (Where Applicable)

If indirect taxes (such as VAT or GST) were charged:

  • Tax amounts are refunded only if the underlying transaction is refunded
  • Tax-only refunds may be available in limited cases where permitted by law and supported by valid documentation
  • Requests must generally be submitted within 60 days of purchase

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage Buyers to contact DebloMassi before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

Abusive or illegitimate chargebacks may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases
  • Account restrictions

This does not limit your statutory rights.
