Transaction Fee
A flat platform fee applied to each completed transaction.
Refund Processing
Refunds cost you nothing — the full amount simply goes back to your customer.
Dispute / Chargeback
Applied when a customer disputes a charge. The fee follows your dispute rate — see the table below.
Customer Fee
Added on top of the product price and paid by your customer — not deducted from you.
Merchant Fee
Deducted when you withdraw your balance to your wallet.
Rolling Reserve
Each sale becomes available for payout after a short rolling reserve — 3 to 5 days depending on your evaluated risk score.

To maintain a healthy payment environment, pricing adjusts to your measured dispute rate — disputes divided by your processed transactions during the assessment period. Merchants with consistently low dispute rates keep standard pricing.

The additional merchant fee is determined by the highest applicable tier — percentages are not cumulative. Dispute rates are reviewed periodically; once your dispute rate drops again, the lower pricing applies automatically. This system exists to reward low dispute rates, not to penalize individual disputes.
