Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by DebloMassi Inc. ("DebloMassi," "we," "us," or "our") by Buyers, Suppliers, and any users of our platform.

1. Purpose

As Merchant of Record, DebloMassi must comply with legal, regulatory, and payment network requirements. This AUP defines prohibited activities and ensures safe, lawful use of our Services.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity
  • Violate consumer protection, privacy, or data protection laws
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse personal data
  • Interfere with platform security or attempt to bypass controls
  • Facilitate prohibited business categories under our Merchant Acceptance Policy
  • Submit false or misleading information during onboarding or checkout
  • Abuse refunds, disputes, or chargeback mechanisms

3. Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Circumvent pricing, checkout, or tax logic
  • Use proxy accounts, third-party accounts, or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to manipulate transaction volume, refunds, or dispute metrics

4. Enforcement

DebloMassi may take enforcement action without prior notice if we reasonably believe there is a violation of this AUP, including:

  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Blocking transactions
  • Withholding or reversing payouts
  • Reporting activity to payment partners or regulators

5. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP works alongside:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Buyer Terms
  • Merchant Acceptance Policy
  • Refund Policy
  • Privacy Policy

Violations of this AUP may also constitute a breach of those policies.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
